Closeout Ornate Collectable Katanas & Stands
  Made by Art Gladius in Toledo, Spain, these are the last few of our line of Ornate Collectable Katanas.  These katanas have 440C stainless steel blades and are sold sharpened.   They are no longer being imported and very few remain.

WE-Katana Red Closeup 2.jpg (57416 bytes) Imperial Wakizashi & Tanto Set:   Red laquered sheath with beautifully marbled pattern.   440C Tempered Stainless Steel blades with Hamon temper line.  The Tsuba is gold plated with blue highlights and is formed by a dragon coiled into a circle.   Both blades come with a matching set of gold plated knives (Kogai and Kozuka) shown in detail at left, which fit into mini sheaths on the scabbards.  These items are sold sharpened but are not intended for practice or combat use.  Made in Toledo, Spain.

Closeup of Imperial Wakizashi & Tanto, with sheathed Kogai and Kozukas.  Gold plated fittings feature traditional scenes of Samurai travelling on foot and by boat and fighting on foot and horseback.  Roayl blue wash over gold platings bring out all the details of the heavily embossed scenes and add a rich tone to these swords.
