orders are shipped within 48 hours. In stock items are listed as such on the
website. If we are out of stock, it usually takes less than 6 days for our restock
order to arrive, unless otherwise indicated. Please let us know if you need your
order faster than that.

is likely to be on sale soon. Unlike our competition, we do not put our worst
selling items on sale in order to clear out unwanted inventory. We put our best selling
items on sale as a way of saying thanks to all of you. You see, the more volume we do with
one sword, the more affordably we can produce that sword for you. So, we pass those
savings right back to you.
To order by mail, please use our online shopping cart and select Mail Order as your payment terms. Once you have completed your selection with the shopping cart, simply print and mail the form to The Weapons Emporium, 20303 Standish Road, San Antonio, TX 78258. All orders must be accompanied by full payment in check, money order, or credit card information. When ordering by mail and using a credit card, please provide the type of card, card number, and expiration date, as well as a signature from the cardholder. You will recieve an automatic email confirmation of the order, and we will hold your merchandise for up to ten days (this is particularly relevant when ordering closeout or hard to find items). If you need more than 10 days to arrange payment by mail or phone, please let us know via email.
Shipping Cost Calculation. Our standard shipping charge covers the cost of Fed-Ex Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail to any U.S. location or FPO military address. Foreign orders please see below for shipping costs.
Foreign Orders. We will ship to almost any country in the world other than Mexico or Turkey. The U.S. Postal Service recently discontiued Air Mail parcel service, which was the most cost effective method for shipping most swords worldwide. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the United States, please order online as usual. You will receive an automated order confirmation via email - this confirms the order was entered in our system but the shipping calculation is only accurate for domestic orders. Once we see your roder online, we will stage your order, calculate your shipping options, and email you a quote prior to shipment. The best estimate for shipping expense is 20% of the order's full retail value for Canada, 25-35% of order's full retail value for Europe and Africa, and signficantly more for Australia and Asia. Shipping cost to Australia starts at around $150 for single hand swords and is more for rapiers and two-handed swords. Expedited shipping is also available to most countries. Greece has prohibited the import of "weapons" without a special permit, and none of our swords can be shipped there without proof of license. Customers are responsible for duties and import fees. We ship FOB San Antonio and quote the cost of shipping with insurance.

shipping is our standard method, so your order will usually arrive within 5-7 days for all
in-stock merchandise. We use Fed-Ex for expedited shipping and charge the cost with

If you want to check the availability of an item or ship via Overnight or 2-Day service, give us a call. We are available most of the time, or leave a message and we will call you back. We do not have an answering service or call center handle our calls. When you order from us, you will talk to a well-informed person who has personally handled these items.
To order online via our secure shopping cart, simply browse our website at your leisure and select each item that you are interested in purchasing. When you are finished shopping, you can edit your shopping cart and remove anything that you do not wish to buy at the moment. The shopping cart will calculate your merchandise total for you. If you need the order delivered for a special occasion or some other timeline, please let us know this in the "notes" section of the order. Service after the sale is what sets us apart! Personal taste is very important, and you can't always tell if the weight or balance is right for you until you hold a sword. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return any items in original condition within 15 days of receipt to our armoury at 20303 Standish Road, San Antonio, TX 78258. Please include a copy of your invoice and your desire for a prompt refund, credit, or replacement. Battle tested or otherwise handled merchandise will not receive a refund. However, we will repair or replace battle-tested merchandise that does not hold up to its intended use or was defective. Please call or email us for the suitability of various products before you make your purchase. We cannot accept any returns made to our warehouse that arrive COD.
